Our most adored wine in our portfolio! This Chardonnay is hand harvested from a selection of Claudia's most prized vines with superior fruit that is quite literally tweezed to remove any bad berries. After being whole cluster pressed this wine undergoes malo-lactic fermentation for a smooth and silky mouth feel. This Chardonnay spends a minimum of 12 months in new french oak barrels which release a delicate vanilla and caramel notes. This is an elegant wine reminiscent of Burgundian Chardonnay's - the perfect balance of oak and minerality.
